The process to start your surrogate journey with Dream Surrogacy is easy. Begin by reviewing the Basic Requirements.
Be a United States citizen
Be between the ages of 21 and 42 years old
Healthy (no medical problems and not on any medication(s))
BMI of 30 or below
Have had at least 1 child that you have raised or are currently raising
Healthy, full-term pregnancies with no complications (provide medical records)
Not currently breastfeeding (if so, please wait 1-2 months before applying)
No history of mental illness and/or any psychological issues
Pass a psychological evaluation
Non-smoker, non-drinker and no drug use
No criminal history for you or partner/spouse (pass background check)
Be in a stable living situation
Have a valid driver’s license, reliable car, and car insurance (copy will be required)
Be financially stable (cannot be on any government assistance)
Once you have made sure you meet each one, fill out our Surrogate Application. When we receive your completed application, the owner of Dream Surrogacy, Christina, will set up a one-on-one phone call where all your questions and concerns will be answered. She will be able to help give you the confidence you need to feel to move forward with the next step.
